One of the biggest things of moving has been the puppy. (Yes, I really do call her puppy, even though she is over a year old. I call her "puppy" more than I call her anything else. We'll see how that goes when puppy number two comes!)
As I mentioned in Moving Out and Moving In we stopped back at the old house Wednesday night with the puppy.
She was hilarious. So the house was basically empty. Turns out there was an old bone that was under the buffet. She went right over and picked it up and then proceeded to walk around the house whining with her bone for about 5 minutes because she usually leans against something when she chews her bones. She eventually found a spot in the middle of the floor.
When we brought her to the new house she spent 15 minutes or so sniffing around. The previous owners had a dog, so she could smell him in the house and the yard.
Then she did the same thing once she found her bone, but we had her rug out so she could lay right down.
Happy puppy :)
