New Job

Post 20: I am SO thankful for my new job!

I started my new job on October 10th! I know I generally avoid talking about work on my blog, but I am just so excited about it!

Now I am a senior accountant at a real estate investment company. I do general ledger accounting and financial reporting. Good stuff.

Most important, are the people. The company is full of amazing and wonderful people! I have started to get to know some of the them well and we have a lot in common.  It feels like a great fit for me.

The company is rapidly growing and there is a lot going on, so that makes my job more dynamic so I won't get bored.

I have learned a lot already about the industry, the company and what I will be working on.

We get free lunch catered for the whole company every Friday.

It also entails a pay raise, which is nice :)

It is such a nice change to be excited for work!
