New House Tour Part 1

As you all know, we are under contract on another house. This house is leaps and bounds in better condition than the other one! We had our inspection this weekend and everything went really well!

So let's begin the tour :)

This is the entrance. We have a formal living room which we will make your traditional formal sitting area. On the main level, most of the house has hardwood floors but the living and dining rooms have carpet.

 And a formal dining room. There are two windows and it is a really big space, so a lot of flexibility for the dining set and a buffet, etc.

 This is the kitchen! There is a little bar area for eating at, so there is space for Dylan and I to eat or a place for kids to eat and watch tv from the kitchen. To the right is the door to the deck. The counters are awesome granite and the appliances are all stainless steel :)

 Where they have the plants we are going to get a floating island to give us more counter space and more storage (not that we need it, Dylan is just all about his kitchen space). I love the big windows and door to give more light into the house.

 This is the view from the kitchen into the family room. The gas fireplace works great and the windows and door are newer too with the fancy double panes. There are only about 6-7 windows that are not new.

 This is the main level bathroom. It is a pretty basic main level bathroom. It connects to the laundry room...

 Here is the laundry room. Space to store stuff above. And this is the dog door to the outside. When I show the outside you'll be able to see there are little stairs for the dog door.

So that is a mini tour of the main level. I cannot wait to show you the master bedroom and the basement too :)
